Description

For the good of the raid, at least one mage (although having 2 is recommended) must be using this build. Although this is a decent build DPS-wise, your main role is a support and helper because of the mandatory talent (to optimize your mages’ damage) Winter's Chill.

In Classic WoW, there is a 16 debuffs limit on monsters. Consequently, the Winter’s Chill debuff must be one of the debuffs approved by your Guild Master/Raid Leader.

Because raids are (mostly) 40-man, don’t hesitate to talk amongst yourselves to know who’s going to sacrifice some dps to help the raid be more optimized.

The gameplay doesn’t change at all, your DPS will just be a bit lower (but still higher than a Retribution Paladin or an Enhancement Shaman).
